Ingredients
- 250g self raising flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 100g caster suger
- 230ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 egg
- 60ml oil
- 150g blueberries
Instructions
- preheat oven to 180'C gas mark 4 and place the muffin cases in the muffin tin.
- mix in all the ingredients (except the fruit) to form a smooth batter.
- stir in the fruit.
- divide the mixture between the cases
- bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- allow to cool then eat
