- tomatoes 4
- onion 3
- green chilly 2
- coriander
- oil
- salt
- red chilly pwd
- coriander pwd
- capsicum 1
Instructions
- apply oil on d brinjal n just keep it on slow flame.as soon as it turns black,dip d same in cold water, n peal of d skin
- in a pan add oil.. thn add onion,capsicum n salt, whn it turns 2 golden colour add chopped tomatoes n stir
- thn add red chilly pwd,corinder pwd,green chiily n sought
- finally add brinjal chopped n sought.. add a little amt o water n cook on slow flame
- serve wid roti n garnish wid coriander
